The Diaper Raffle

Entering the Baby Brooks diaper raffle is simple. Follow these four steps:

  1. Step 1
    Purchase diapers

    Choose a full-size diaper package from the Baby Brooks registry. Each full-size package counts as one entry, and you may enter more than once.

  2. Step 2
    Save your receipt

    Keep the order confirmation or itemized receipt that shows the diaper item, quantity, purchase date, and order status.

  3. Step 3
    Submit it below

    Enter your information and upload a clear copy of your receipt using the raffle form.

  4. Step 4
    Check your email

    After the hosts approve your purchase, your official numbered raffle ticket will be emailed to you.

Official raffle rules
  • Registry purchase: For a raffle entry, please select a full-size diaper package from the Baby Brooks Babylist registry.
  • With appreciation: Every thoughtful gift for Baby Brooks is sincerely appreciated. For the raffle only, one entry is issued for each full-size diaper package. Smaller packages, travel sizes, wipes, and other baby-care essentials remain welcome gifts, but are not counted as additional raffle entries.
  • Entries: Each full-size diaper package provides one official raffle entry. Guests may submit more than one package, and there is no limit to the number of approved entries a guest may receive.
  • Purchase confirmation: Please upload a clear order confirmation or itemized receipt showing the diaper item, quantity, purchase date, and order status. For your privacy, payment details and the complete shipping address may be concealed.
  • Order adjustments: If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, duplicated, or cannot be verified, the related raffle entry will no longer be included in the drawing.
  • Submission deadline: Online purchase confirmations must be submitted by October 17, 2026. The shower hosts may also announce a final in-person cutoff before the live drawing.
  • Verification: Submissions are privately reviewed by the shower hosts. An entry becomes official after the diaper purchase is confirmed.
  • Ticket delivery: Each approved entry receives a unique Baby Brooks raffle ticket by email. Orders containing more than one full-size package may receive one ticket per package.
  • Live drawing: All approved ticket numbers will be loaded into a digital drawing drum. During the shower, the numbers will be mixed on screen and one ticket will be selected live, lottery-style, for guests to watch together.
  • Winner: The winner must match the name and ticket number on the approved entry. If the winner is not present, the hosts will contact them using the submitted details.
  • Prize: The special raffle prize will be revealed by the hosts at the celebration.
  • Privacy: Receipts and contact information are visible only to the hosts and will never appear in the public drawing.
